A Conversation with God for Women by Marcia Ford

A Conversation with God for Women is a great way in helping Christian's (and even non) deal with difficult questions that they sometimes face. The book goes into detail about asking God different questions. The one question that pops up a lot is 'why'. It's a helpful guide in explaining how things happen for a reason. The section on good and bad co-existing was an interesting read and puts a lot of things into perspective. Still, despite it being a great guide it left me with an almost lost feeling. It is most certain what a lot of people ask (especially women) but asking Jesus why he doesn't reveal himself almost feels as if the person is questioning themselves in what they believe is true. Someone true to their faith does question some things-and it's our natural desire to want to see what's in front of us but with belief we have to go by blind faith; and I believe that makes us stronger.

The messages they got across was very strongly linked with the bible for this book which makes it easier for us to relate to. The section on trusting after we've been betrayed was  an excellent read. This wasn't for me, but I recommend it for someone who really would like to know those questions that pop up in the back of our minds, and this book is the perfect book to answer it.
