George Washington - the ma who couldn’t tell a lie, the man who chopped down the cherry tree-made general, first to the battlegrounds of war, first for peace. There are may things that describe are first president-and this book covers all of that. I love the way this book starts the introduction and continues on with surprising information that a reader may not know. As a writer and reader myself, I loved the way the author brought his history together and really exploited who he was. I will say I learned things that I didn’t before and look forward in reading future biographies from this author. He gives a very detailed description on our first president’s life and backs it up with proof. I recommend this book for people who love to read biographies, you won’t be disappointed. The book is put together nicely!

I never received this book it’s become quite a common thing with my neighbors and taking my packages. I’m going to have to get a PO box or something as this is not the 1st time this has happened. I’m sorry I can’t write an honest review of it. I received my last book. I don’t live in a very honest building as I’m sure I’ve mentioned before; and try to stay true to reading as that’s what I love to do. I’ll be getting a copy from eBay soon and be able to give it a honest review then so please stay tuned. The neighbor doing is is not only harassing me but is vandalizing my car to (I have no proof but unfortunately it is the case as to why my mail has been disappearing) I’ll be able to post an honest review soon. I honestly wish I could give this book a real rating, unfortunately the book had a hole in the package which caused rain to seep , soaking the book and not to mention something at the post office punctured the pages; it was real heavy and sharp because it punctured the last half to the book, adding insult to injury with the water, they’re out of copies so I’m just going to have to review this as ‘unreadable’ so my account allows me to get another book, hopefully this time the post office won’t be complete idiots and set something down on the book to where I have to throw it away upon arrival. I apologize for not being able to give a good or bad review on this book as it was completely destroyed. If it’s not my neighbors being thieves and taking my books, it’s the post office being idiots and setting 4000 pound items on top to make my book unreadable.

Beyond Talent Become Someone Who Gets Extraordinary Results by John Maxwell is a book that unmasks true belief in oneself to accomplish anything and have the talent to believe that they are good enough. The book starts out straight forward - explaining someone’s talent and learning how to exploit their talent while believing more then themselves. John is a business guru; explaining to people that it’s not just a talent-but choices different ones make and lead to. The book was explained simply and offered a lot of information to help young professionals as well as business people exploit, decide and go with what they choose. It offers help on so many other things and each chapter fits well into itself right up until the end. I recommend this book to anyone trying to find what their nitch is, he gives you all the information that would be needed. I personally liked it while he was explaining to his son about the baseball who didn’t believe in himself about being the best player out there and in the end he discovered he was - John walks through personal life to correspond to what other people maybe going through. It’s definitely a book worth checking out!

Indivisible by Kristen Heitzmann is a fast paced story circling around Jonah Westfall a police chief that is seeking answers to two mutilated raccoons that have his town in a fury; hoping that the crime doesn’t escalate into something more serious. He battles through some deep personal issues that are slowly revealed throughout the story, and a love interest that runs a little bit deeper than water. It’s a book worth checking out as each page leaved you wanting to know what happens next!

This is definitely a book for the devoted Christian, combining history of the signing of the declaration of independence and how each individual that signed the declaration shared in God’s word and promise for a brighter America. It was an interesting read with guides from the bible, to the author’s clear view on our history- it’s not a boring book; it focuses on the old political views of politics while combining the belief of Christianity. Something I think a lot of people would find interesting- even if they aren’t religious. I picked this book out solemnly for the history and to see what else I can learn in the important part of our history. Though it’s changed from 200 years ago, our forefathers had something that lacks in today’s political views-honesty. They stood by God’s word, and I recommend this book to people who are interested in religion and political history as well as anyone who wants to know more about history and religion. Read this book, you may find some interesting facts and things you didn’t know before!
